Min says Russia’s Lukoil expresses interest in Lebanese deposits

BEIRUT, Apr 5 (PRIME) -- Representatives of Russian oil producer Lukoil have met with the Energy Ministry of Lebanon and expressed interest in participation in a tender for development of five deposits, Energy and Water Minister Nada Boustani told reporters on Friday.

“We talked to the representatives of Russia’s Lukoil several days ago, they requested information about the qualification terms for the tender and we will surely keep in touch with them,” Boustani said.
